This was a short video I did for my work, Beverly Hills Posture and Chiropractic. Hamstrings and glutes are such important muscles and often forgotten about during all our quad heavy workouts. Strong glutes and hamstrings can help to protect against and alleviate lower back and knee pain. This is a short, quick video you can do at home or anywhere. I’m not super comfortable talking into the camera yet, let alone talking while on camera, but I will work on getting more of these videos out!
