A Little Upper Body Workout

If you have a band at home here are some quick and easy exercises you can do to strengthen your upper back, shoulders and biceps. Don’t mind me stumbling over my words in the beginning of the video. I am obviously the most comfortable when talking for the camera! (click that highlighted word up there ^)
