Estofado Para Bodas from Oaxaca. There were no leftovers with this one. The sauce was simple and delicate. Tomatoes with raisins, almonds, olives, pickled jalapeños and plenty of spices.

The spicy was paired with sweetness from the plantains and pineapple that were served on the side or added in to the dish.
